Sign In Help

1. Enter the email address that you wish to use to Sign In.

If you are logging into an Ignite Give at Work site, you should use the email address associated with your workplace.

2. If you have previously established an identity account you will be directed to a screen to enter your password.

If cannot remember your password Click Forgot Password?

3. If you have not yet established your Identity, you will be prompted to create it.

On this page, enter your desired (1) Username and a (2) password to associate with the (3) workplace email address you entered on the previous screen. (4) Click the "Sign Up" button to trigger a confirmation email sent to the email address provided.

(5) We do not recommend using your Google or Facebook account to establish your identity for a workplace giving campaign.  Your workplace email must be part of your identity in order to sign in to your workplace campaign. 

4. Confirm your identity via email

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered. The employee must follow the instructions in the email to confirm the email address before the Identity account can be used. Here is a screenshot of the default email content: 

The confirmation email is sent from the from the sender StratusLIVE (accounts@stratuslive.com) and has the subject "Confirm your email address".
